Degussa Bank, Germany's only worksite bank, focuses on professionals. Convenient banking is available at over 200 partner company locations, via phone, internet banking, or smartphone app.

Connect all Degussa Bank Group Services

Overview: The aim of the steakholders board was behind the slim smartphone app to build a large platform on which we want to linked many services.
From Banking to Deals to Personal Goals to Insurance to Hub.
In addition to the many smart functions, placons also constantly wanted to provide new inspiration and valuable tips on how to reduce CO2 footprint and make Users life more environmentally friendly every day. We also looked for climate-friendly partners and shops and integrated their offers directly into the app. Users will always find selected sustainable deals on placons

There are a variety of multibanking apps present currently.These apps focused towards Personal Banking - Invest & Crypto.Like Revolut - BUNQ - Finanzguru etc.During this stage the team reviewed all services those competitors were providing and compered them with the ones the stakeholders board was promoting

😰 The Problem

During our User Research and on our process to Validate the iDea through User Interviews & Surveys we found that a lot of our interviewers didnt want to have Banking Services combined with Deals & offers and the other way around.Also Users was focusing more on the financial aspect of the app didnt wanted to receive Shoping offers cause they thought that will motivate them to buy products they didn’t wanted and that will push them to overbudget their account.

We launched the MVP and during the User Interview’s and the Friend & Family of Degussa Research ( 1000 Degussa Employees were available to test and validate our ideas though surveys and CX Feedback ) we had 90% Users Completion task success.
